A QIS client had a problem where their breaker switches kept breaking.

Literally.

They weren’t able to buy new ones from the supplier, so tried to replace them with machined plastic. These keep breaking on them too.

They asked QIS to help.

By thinking about the problem from a new perspective, QIS created a faster, stronger and more affordable option using carbon-fiber reinforced 3D printed nylon.

BASF Savannah asked QIS to help them open and close pump house covers in 15 seconds or less. Previously they were using nuts and bolts to keep them closed, but had issues with losing the hardware. OSHA regulations required that a special tool be used to open the covers so a creative new solution was required. QIS met their request with the Keyed Release Buckle.

Shadowboxing your toolbox is a good idea. It saves time and frustration when you can quickly find the tools you’re looking for and helps maintain tool control requirements. Despite being a simple solution, it can be time-consuming to make and quickly inaccurate when tools are updated.

QIS helps you with both of those problems.

When QIS traces your tools we can keep those digital records and provide those files to you so updates are faster and easier to make.
